Absolute Bad Beat Jackpot

July 24,2007
“Talk about a double rush of adrenaline,” stated David Clainer, senior vice president for Absolute Poker. “We handed out nearly $250,000 between the two tables last Saturday and we’re gearing up to make even more people very rich.”

At 12:38 on Saturday, July 21st, JOE JETS lost quad 9s to SHORT_SHYT’s quad Jacks and walked away with $97,650.85 for losing the hand.

Within just a few hours of the jackpot being reset, history repeated itself. At 16:55 ET, JBAND277’s quad 10s were no match for GOLFCOFFEY’s quad Jacks. Another $26,890.35 made its way into JBAND277’s account for his losing hand. HERE

Sept 27,2007:
KT4389 hit Absolute Poker's $385,238.69 Bad Beat Jackpot and earned $125,202.57 for his losing hand. The hand winner, MBUNN66, also won $62,601.28 and three other poker players each took home $20,867.09.

Boasting consistent big jackpots at the Texas Hold'em poker tables, David Clainer, Senior Vice President for Absolute Poker, proclaimed “This recent hit solidifies Absolute Poker as the world's most lucrative place to play Bad Beat Jackpot." HERE

About all that tells us is that DAVID CLAINER is a senior VP at Absoulte. I cannot find any reference to him in the SAE fraternity.
