bob doesn't move the NFL lines as much. sometimes you'll get 1/2 to one point moving off a weak number or a few bits of juice, but that's it.
this is probably because of a combination of a) NFL betting pool is larger, b) bob not followed and/or feared as much in pros vs. college.
