Like I said in my other post, lets say that you have 77 on this board. Bet it. This does several things. It builds a pot with a big hand relative to this board. Ax is going to call or raise you and you are reducing the flush draw odds as well.
You are also disguising your hand. First instinct when you hit a set is to slowplay it and that's what everyone else would expect you to do. So do the opposite.
Lets say you pot the flop and you get the same number of callers as the original hand. Some of them will be on the flush draw probably. With that many in the hand, I'd probably pot it again on a non-heart turn or you could even shove it if you want to. You'll probably get at least one caller at micro stakes.
