Re: Playing suggestions ($500 br)
With a $500 roll, you should be playing:
- $4/180's
- $1 - $5 FO's
- $6.50 / 45's (or the $5/45's if you don't want to play turbos)
- occasional shots at $10 FO's - the 7:00pm one is good, and the weekend 12:00 noon deep stacks are good value, if you don't mind committing the entire afternoon to a tourney.
- Very occasional shots at the $3r. Keep in mind, however, that you can easily blow $30 - $50 on rebuys if you're not careful... This is why it needs to be an occasional shot.
Once you've got a roll of about $1000, add the $12/180's to the mix. They are fast and soft, but the problem with them is that a dry spell will really hurt if you're starting with $500.
