After getting one vote during the last contest (it wasn’t myself) I decided to get serious and try to scoop the competition on what is probably going to be a thin field. I mean seriously, who cooks with Pumpkin?

I realize that I’m hurting my chances by posting so early, and allowing the competition time to retort, but I’m flying to Brazil in a few days and won’t have time to post before I return. The good news is that I finally bought a digital camera for my trip, so no more phone pics!

Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breasts on a bed of fresh Spinach with Baked Pumpkin Seeds.
Dessert: Butter Roasted Pumpkin with Clover Honey.
