I dont know exactly, not super exact.
usually bowl of frosted mini wheats + apple for breakfast
then protein shake
then like a chicken + veggies for lunch
workout

eat thai food alot for dinner
late night I usually eat some nuts + veggies + meat.
I dont really count I just eat really clean most of the time and dont cheat.
Only bad thing I do is drink a few beers one night of the week.
I eat a ton of chicken and veggies, snack on nuts.
Im lucky that I live with my girlfriend who will cook up a ton of meat at the beg of the week for me to eat on for awhile.
She cooks alot of healthy dinners as well which makes it easy to eat right.
I have really good portion control where I dont overeat.
