What did this guy say to the police when they stopped him? I think it'd be difficult to successfully make up a scenario, but I wouldn't be too concerned about a perjury charge in a DUI case. I'm not a lawyer, but I doubt anyone would bother going after you for it because it'd be difficult to prove.
