If this wasnt such a serious thread I would have a picture of Samuel Jackson in here in a heartbeat.
1) come clean (whether it means stringing out former employee/s or admitting there was a breach they weren't aware of)
2) make restitution
3) admit they handled it pretty poorly
4) pray to hell they can last and treat their customers like gods in the meantime.
