Default Pl50 flush draw

I don't play much pot limit but I am trying to play more
Villain was very loose but not particularly aggressive, I think around 2

Poker Stars, $0.25/$0.50 PL Hold'em Cash Game, 8 Players
LegoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG+1: $44.90
MP1: $48.50
Hero (MP2): $51.10
CO: $14.35
BTN: $59.20
SB: $24
BB: $29.50
UTG: $83.55

Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (MP2)
3 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.50</font>, CO folds, BTN calls $1.50, 2 folds

Flop: ($3.75) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $3</font>, BTN calls $3

Turn: ($9.75) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

My default would be to fire a strong bet again here, but people don't seem to respect strength as much in PL.
Are c/r or c/c viable options here?
If he raises my bet of ~8 should I just go over the top and commit?
Would a small bet of around 5 be good here to control pot??
