Default AA in weird 3 bet spot

I didnt have stats on villain. Should I just raise this flop? I dont really know why I didnt raise the flop; I guess I feel like people fire big on the turn in these spots if they are only called ont he flop (which is what i wanted) My question is should I have done anything different on the flop and turn?
