Turn is a very bad card for you. The J hits just about any draw he would be on other than 76.
I would probably have just released to his flop raise. You're going to face a second barrel way too often.
Folding Q9s preflop UTG doesn't make you a nit by the way. It's not horrible, it's just very very marginal -- this hand is a prime example of why.
