I personally don't see what conclusion the auditors could come up with, other than some form of guilt, that would hold any validity.
If we were to view the audit as comprable to a civil case only a proponderence of the evidence is required. I think that any reasonably knowledgable person could concede at least this simply from the information that has been posted here thus far.
