I feel a little lost on the turn after he cold calls the flop and think I need a plan for turn and river (heart/non-heart, ace/non-ace?) here...

After I'd played this hand I went back and looked at the hand histories for the 4 hands that UTG+1 had played since he sat down and saw that he'd open-raised KQo from MP, got called by the blind, 3-barrelled a ragged board and lost to a baby pair (he insta-reloaded). Does this change my play?
Help on this one would be much appreciated.
