I'm raising you here either as a value bet [with a hand that crushes QQ], a semi-bluff [like 88], or a total bluff [rare]. I'm not somehow raising for value with a hand that you beat.

I'll lean towards betting a set here, but I'll check behind with it some percentage of the time as well.
