I think this is the ultimate control goal. I've seen this before and spent quite a bit of time on it. I've yet to achieve the control scorcher863 describes. I can see the shadow swinging leg going back and forth always in front, but when I look up hoping to see the dancer follow suit my eye is compelled to perceive momentum carrying her around behind.

I suspect those who can easily achieve the back and forth image - thus nullifying momentum - have some special mental imagery abilities/tendencies.

What is your artistic/logic background scorcher863 ?
