if i'm gonna bluff, i rather c/r bluff the flop to put pressure on a small pp or something like A9.

with the way you played the flop, i suggest c/f turn. pot is small. once he also bets the turn, he prolly has it. even his drawing hands like AT-KT have you beat. i doubt he's betting 98 here.

btw, K9s is plenty of hand to raise preflop against a typical steal, in case you're wondering.
