Either have self control NOT to move up when running/playing bad or stop playing poker all together, for you are destined to bust in the end moving up in that mindset. If you have to take a short break for a week or so and come back and see if you can just grind through your losses at "your" limit. If you are going to play higher EVER EVER EVER as a shot - do it on a day you are mentally great, running even better, and have a set amount you are willing to stop if you lose - definitely never ever ever when you are chasing a loss from a much LOWER limit!!

Bottom line, you have to stop this behavior, there is no way around this...
