I'd say you have plenty of data to just go balls out and try to get stacks in, here.
Vs this guy, I'd bet $45 and shove any non-spade river.
Vs the nittier guy, pot control makes a lot more sense, since he's not showing up with nearly as many weaker Qs and other donkey hands that he might stack off with, and at the same time, even nitty guys will often bluff their missed FD on the river here, or vbet KQ or something.
