atsdatabase.com shows home dogs playing on Monday as 65-55-2 (54%) against the spread since 1984 (over the last 5 years the record is 7-13). Is that enough an edge to always pick them regardless of other factors?

54% is definitely enough of an edge to bet on, but that is a small sample size.
