Alex, ringleader of three ultraviolent "droogs", seems the type to steal a peek at your hole cards. The radical therapy he was forced to undergo in prison (induced nausea, violent film viewings w/ eyelids pried open) could be thought of as his doomswitch.
Really I just liked the image. The eye fits well.
