3 additional nunchuks
set of component cables (they do not come with the Wii)

you won't get a whole lot of use from the extra two nunchucks so I'd wait on those.
4 remotes + 2 nunchucks is a must though. you can get a good set of component cables from monoprice.com (they're cheap and just as good as the licensed stuff)
regarding games, that's a whole other discussion depending on what you're looking for.
