IANAL, but, no, he can't. "Free speech rights" under the First Amendment are rights to be free from government interference only. They do not guarantee anybody a right to say or display anything on somebody else's private property.
Businesses may generally reserve the right to refuse service to anybody, with specific exceptions. A casino couldn't kick somebody out for being black, for example. However, these laws would not prevent the casino from 86ing a player for having visible tattoos that it deemed inappropriate.
