In Phil's defense, IIRC, the only time he did these ridiculous antics was at a WPT invitational and on Poker after Dark. He's never done it at a "real" tournament.

I'm 95% sure this isn't true. I remember him doing his schtick when he was heads up against Johnny Chan at the end of a WSOP event. I believe it was the event where Chan won his tenth bracelet.
