Not me. You don't leave yourself enough to make it tough on your opponents on the third betting round if you raise on the second. In other words, your stack is not big enough to raise on both the second and third betting rounds.

If you had a pot-sized bet for the turn would you raise the flop? Or would you need more in your stack?
I'm still very wary when I have two pair in a pot-limit Omaha or Omaha/8 game.
