I don't like calling preflop with this hand, but it is nothing wrong if you do so, especially if he's been reraising a lot you have to defend. Without reads, I fold this preflop. I find that when I don't speculate too much with calling 3 bets preflop, I stay out of a lot of trouble. This hand is one of them. Even if you are a great postflop player, it is not worth it (unless you are defending because he is reraising too much).
