OP will have to come back and make this clearer but i think the problem is the interpretation of the pronoun not a misunderstanding of what was literally said. "i put him all in." is "him" player A or player C? if "him" is player C then the bet would be player C's stack of $120. this is also the same amount of player B's stack which would make player B all in as well.
