If this is true then both God and Jerry Yang should be banned from poker for life for hacking the random shuffle generator of "real life". It's unclear whether he hacked the dealer's brain to make him shuffle in a certain way, hacked the atoms of the cards to make them change secretly or spied on everyone's hole cards and whispered in Jerry Yang's ear what he should do. No matter how he did it, all the players Jerry Yang beat should be reimbursed a certain % of Yang's winnings. If strong action isn't taken this may mean the end of poker as we know it. How many people are going to want to play a rigged game?
