You need to take into account what they perceive of you, which in these circumstances, based on what you described, is that you are either a nit or on short money or both. So although it is unlikely, its not completely impossible that your foe has the straight (and is worried about having no improvers) or has a set or higher two pair and is worried about your perceived nit self having the str8.
Based on the fact it is likely your villian is perhaps tilty, I would say that there is very little chance he is going to pass here. In fact, if he has something like AA plus nut flush draw he shouldn't pass, if he knew your hand. So it all comes down to how much you are prepared to suffer the variance of being allin on the turn, and how well you feel you can play a river if its checked. Only you can decide these.
