Minor nit- this is the wrong forum
Second- don't tip them, make bets for them during your run. That doubles the results (or pyramids it, if you can manage it in your less lucid state) and will make it clearer how much you are tipping.
Third, any dealer that was that obvious about tip whining wouldn't get too many more. If they want to complain about getting 1-2% of your win, they might be getting too greedy.
I might have tipped more, but betting along with your streak at $5 or $10 would have resulted in a $50-100 win for the dealers. I don't think ANY dealer would dare complain if you'd putting out repeated bets for them.
