ya, stuff like 'pay someone $20 to send Stars an email of pooptoad' is fine for sure. If it is loosely related to poker or gambling I'll allow it. If not, I'll ship it to dids and he can decide.

I don't really see a problem with allowing people offering money for staking...I guess you could argue it's a moneymaking/advertising opportunity, but it's certainly not begging.

I can't endorse stuff like cheating, so asking people to do your homework/tests is a no-no (and should be in every forum).
