I win around 20 BB/100 at FL and 40 BB/100 at PL on Poker Stars micro limits. I haven't played nearly as much as you have and I certainly don't think of myself as a particularly good player. You must have some major leaks to have such a low win rate. To me the most common mistake on the micro tables is playing too many hands. The other costly mistake is calling with weak draws, especially draws to half the pot. Use your PTO to review all the hands you play and look for times when you should have folded instead of calling.
