Preflop raise is fine, Pot is now 1200.
Flop cbet makes sense, though on that sort've board I'd rather go slightly smaller. Pot is now 3200, stack sizes 2500.
You have 20% equity versus Ax & 31% equity against a lower pair so it's clear you need hardly any fold equity for shoving to be +EV. The question is whether check/folding is more +EV. I think it's close, but I think he folds enough of his range (random floats, random stuff like 65 maybe) & doesn't give you a free card that often, so I shove. Betting 1800 isn't really worse than shoving, but just stick the 2500 all in there.
As for the forum thing, this is definitely the correct forum, the earlier points were just that it isn't written in a way that looks like it wants advice.
