Default Playing TPTK passive puts me in akward spot

Villain is a donk playing 35/5 or so. Earlier he minraised my flop cbet on an AKx flop (I folded QJ), and in another hand I raised pf with QJ and check called an AQx rainbow flop against him and c/f to a 2/3 pot turn bet. Not sure if he is picking hands up, I would assume that he did since most donks with loose passive preflop stats aren't very aggressive postflop.

I decided to play the flop passively and check to see what he was going to do. I'm completely lost on the turn after he shoves for a little less than 2x pot.
