Usually yea, it's kind of the exercise that identifies exactly whatever is the weakpoint (be it flexibility or strength) in your body tip to toe. Which is why it's so awesome.

I can hold the bar over my head and kinda back like the dude in the picture, but when I start to go down and squat I feel as though I can only bend my knees and not my hips. Is my problem back and ab strength or shoulder flexibility?
