I've been with Noble and have been really really happy. I'll have to say the support is fantastic. It's such a good feeling nowadays when you email support and actually have them respond to you within the hour with staff that actually speaks perfect english, unreal.
Just a word of warning though, I had a hiccup with them in the beginning when I tried to make a very large deposit. If you're european and have Neteller you should be fine. I'm Canadian I tried to make a pretty big deposit with my credit card and Noble flagged me by their security department. After emailing them back and forth I was pretty impressed with their CS team. They seem to know what they are talking about and responded to my inquiries rather quickly and competently.
