I'm really curious about those pull-throughs. Have you done them before? Which muscles do they work? I imagine the hamstrings, glutes and lower back, but I've never done them. They look like a really good exercise and I'm considering adding them into my program to help replace the squats that I'm unable to do.
Your program looks fun, where did you get it?
Also, lots of squatting on day 1.
