Skall, later this month, the lawsuit to have the State of Washington's ban on all online gambling, including by players, will receive its first hearing. The outcome of this lawsuit will tell us alot about the enforceability of the various state laws against online gambling. I think that the case is primarily based on the dormant commerce clause, but the WTO argument is used too.
