well, thats one of my problems. i try to play the hand as if i was villan. if i were villan, i would more than likely value bet a queen or king high flush on this river and probaly fold to a check raise.
i also certainly didnt deny that villan was betting air as well.......it was his only chance of winning the pot.

You think the villain the OP described would fold a k-high flush on the river after being min check-raised with all the money that he put in already? I guess I could maybe see q-high, but k-high?
