A great choice, although it's not as obscure as you might think (I've got it, as have quite a few people in Dids' hip hop thread in EDF)
I'll offer this one:
They're pretty much under the radar even in the UK, and are one of those bands that you need to see live to properly appreciate, but imo this is one of the best debut albums I've heard in a long time.
