Do you like surf/beach/resorty laid back towns? If so I recommend San Sebastian in NorthEast Spain, and Biarritz right next to it in France.
I also liked Cinque La Terre in Italy and Venice. Cinque is 5 little villages you can walk through in a day on the water.
There's some 2+2ers here in Philly: Pennpal, Esection, jshuttlesworth, and some other people here or near like Fgators so come chill.
