i agree on the only thing he's bet/folding on turn is air, so there's really not that much reason to shove unless you think he suddenly potted turn with air that picked up a lot of equity on the turn (tho obv you'd still be miiiiles ahead)
i prob call river, but 70 hands is pretty tough to feel good about making a thin call like this so its def understandable to 2nd guess it.
i really feel like if youre beat here, it's by QJ.
