I'm supposed to just obey and quietly move to the back of the bus.

[ QUOTE ]
You should probably just get off the bus.

[/ QUOTE ]

I prefer the strategy of challenging the mindset that doesn't recognize who has a right to be on the bus in the first place. the bus is a place where computers outnumber humans 2 to 1. This would be like entering a non-caucasian region and building a "whites only" casino and then acting offended if somebody challenges the sense of such a policy. Can you do this? yes. Can you do this without trouble from those you've excluded? no.

It would be better if you left the bus yourself or simply stopped trying to control who's on the bus or where they're sitting.

If you don't like the way a poker site sets up it's rules then you do not play there, that is your consumer power.

[/ QUOTE ]

I prefer the strategy of peaceful non-cooperation. Rosa Parks never hurt anybody; she simply decided to not cooperate one day. Her choices were: don't get on the bus, sit at the back of the bus.

Your stance is even worse than what she faced. You don't even want her to get on the bus in the first place (regardless of seating).

This makes you a bigot sir.

[ QUOTE ]
There is nothing wrong with a site excluding any type of computer enhancing software that they choose regardless of sense, tact or anything else.

[/ QUOTE ]

It is very wrong and it goes against the natural environment of the internet. If you don't want computer opponents then just get off the bus and goto a live b&m. The internet was built for computer assisted poker players. You and your kind are just visiting for now.

[ QUOTE ]
If you can't see why this is different than excluding humans, then you are lost I guess.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well within the context of the internet you and I really are kind of like two different races (or even species); you're a gray matter player (human mind only); while i am a silicon player (mostly, sometimes my gray matter overrides my silicon). You can't even engage the online game with your gray matter without using silicon yet you want to treat me like an alien. How rude is that?

If I've made you feel uncomfortable then I am glad.

Finally we come to the real reason for your posts.

[/ QUOTE ]

Sure, nothing wrong with confronting you with your bigotry. You rely on silicon to engage the game with your gray matter and yet you won't acknowledge silicon players.

[ QUOTE ]
ps - if computers become sentient, then your arguments should be reevaluated.

[/ QUOTE ]

Major hypothetical here ... certainly not in our lifetimes. So you're saying a sentient computer is "weaker" or "stronger" than a non-sentient computer at the act of playing poker?

In either case please explain why you think this is a factor in whether or not non-sentient computers should get to play the game.
