Of course. John Berardi wrote an article on it, but I assume you would want something more substantial so I found a few studies on PubMed. (I fail at the Internet so I cannot diretcly link you but I will post them instead)
STUDY - Acute effects of smoking marijuana on hormones, subjective effects and performance in male human subjects.
POINT - "Plasma LH was significantly depressed and cortisol was significantly elevated after smoking marijuana"

A study realting showing how performace is affected for up to 24 hours after smoking. Makes me not want to do a military press.
