your making the decision so easy for him. i think of it that you need to take advantage that you know your cards and your opponent only puts you on a hand range. here your Q9 is clearly better than the average hand he puts you on based on his hand range. thus you shouldn't be making it obvious that this is the case, instead bet an amount that if he calls he will make a mistake by calling, becuase he is calling vs your average hand, not the actual hand you have which he does not have odds for, but he thinks he does because he puts you on a weaker hand on average. i'd bet about $270 fwiw.
so if that's stating the obv, just i think pushing here sucks.
