I believe that pushing too hard when your self-confidence is in a temporary well is increasing your chance of doing something really stupid.
Also it's extremely relaxing to play 9% VPIP poker.

I believe this is very good advice and an approach that has been very profitable for me, as well. (even though I don't really know what VPIP is)
