This hand is played fine all over imo. What hands are a solid reg/2p2 raising on this flop that doesn't have us crushed. Hero will call this flop with AA/KK/AQ/QQ/7x, why would 2p2 raise KQ behind? It would be a bluff, it's a perfect spot for him to just call. He's obv never bluffing since the pot is protected by the loose shortstacked donk.
Edit: If he's a very solid 2p2er I think calling the raise and folding the turn might be fine.
