Just to provide a little thought process behind the folding.
This this tag is on the tighter side and he donks into 2 players on the flop. Which means draw (no draws possible) or a set alot. It could possibly be JTs, T9s or some other suited ten though.
On the river, his hand is either Txs turning his hand into an ovetbet bluff or a boat/quads. There's nothing in between. I doubt this is ever a bluff.
