meh

let's try to give villain a range.

PREFLOP his range is huge (look at his VPIP) and I'm not gonna try to list it, but it's wide like the mighty missisipi probably. I'm not including stuff like 52 or K4 though.

FLOP he called the so he had to have some piece of the board. 9x, 56, A2, diamonds, 55-88, slowplayed 44/33/43. Due to his passive nature he could have slowplayed TT-AA preflop and kept passive on the flop. This might be in his range too.

TURN An overcard hits.

If he has 9x he hates this card. Clearly this is no longer in his range now.

The draws obviously don't like it either since they missed. Due to his passive nature he would prolly call again to see the river if he had 56 or diamonds. So this doesn't suit his minraise either.

The only 9x holding that fits the minraise (turn minraises usually mean uber strenght) is K9. He reasonably calls the flop with TPGK, and with his improvement on the turn, he is min-raising for value. Probably not a good line, but it makes sense from a player like this.

33/44/43 didn't improve, but he still loves his hand of course. This is still in his range.

Slowplayed TT-QQ doesn't like the king, and would probably be in a calldown mode by now. Doesn't fit the min-raise.

Slowplayed KK/AA he still likes his hand, and this fits the min-raise.

To summarise this hand reading, his range appears to be 44, 33, 34, K9 and an outweighted KK/AA. I haven't stoved this but we are only ahead to one hand. This looks like a fold to me.
