there is a lot of stuff you can disable in that list you posted. I recommend uninstalling Norton/Symantec from your system completely. You can also disable some startup items by going to start > run > type "msconfig" > enter > uncheck qttask, jusched, skype
Download HijackThis and submit a log. It is much easier to read and tells me more.
