Do you seriously think that a publishing company made a conscious decision to tell the vast majority of its potential market to screw off? I don't have a clue what happened, but I can only assume that they made a decision based on the available information, and that there were unavoidable delays. As Mason said, you want to get to market ASAP with a time-sensitive product.

In the modern information age, even our "very British" brethren across the pond understand that. Do you honestly think that the folks at D & B don't understand that the vast majority of their potential market is US players? What possible reason would they have to make a conscious decision to ignore the American market until the Euro community was served?
